I help clients find joy on the path to achieving their dreams by developing motivational career goals and action plans that align with their design and inspire them to overcome setbacks.

WHY IT WORKS:

The best method for career development takes into account a person’s strengths in the following four areas: personality, vocational interests, work skills and abilities, and values. These four dimensions define one’s pattern for work.

Because each dimension makes a valuable contribution to understanding God’s plan for a person’s life, it is a mistake to formulate career goals and overlook any of the four dimensions.
