Training
As a gifted learning and development facilitator, Robert is expert at synthesizing and synchronizing neuroscience concepts with business and biblical principles in ways that provide great insights for learners. He communicates technical details in a relational context so that trainees can intuitively transfer knowledge into personal, professional, and spiritual growth.
Coaching
As an independent career consultant, Robert is passionate about helping busy leaders, stressed achievers and midlife career changers find clarity, rest, and joy on their work-life journey. He uses an innovative career assessment tool and life coaching process to help clients understand their unique, God-given design and pattern for work so that they can recognize “best fit” career opportunities to pursue or “misfits” to avoid.
Organizational Management
As a certified human resource professional, Robert is creative at adapting performance improvement solutions to organizational cultures without changing the cultures. He uses customized goal clarity and role clarity management tools to help leaders identify workflow gaps to close or organizational barriers to remove so that employee job performance objectives are strategically aligned with intended business outcomes.
Personal Interests
In his spare time, Robert enjoys spending quiet time on the beach, recurve archery, and attending live theater and sporting events with his wife and two children.
He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA), and serves on the PIHRA Pasadena – HR Professionals in Transition Committee.
