Coaching

As a career services business partner, Robert is passionate about transforming the work-life experience one joy-filled career direction conversation at a time. He uses an innovative career assessment tool and consultation process to help coachees understand their unique design and pattern for work so that they can easily identify best fit employment, job enlargement or job enrichment opportunities to pursue or misfits to avoid.

Organizational Management

As a human performance improvement technology specialist, Robert is skilled at adapting performance solutions to organizational cultures without changing the cultures. He asks precision questions to align work activities with the mission, vision, and core values of the business, and creates workflow systems that enhance efficiency and productivity so that leaders can improve organizational effectiveness by assigning tasks to the right people who can get the job done.

Personal Interests

In his spare time, Robert enjoys spending quiet time on the beach, recurve archery, and attending live theater and sporting events with his wife and two children.

He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA), and serves on the PIHRA Pasadena – HR Professionals in Transition Committee.
